Which payments are subscription-based, and which are not?

Zoog VPN offers both subscription-based and one-time payment options, tailored to meet

Subscription-based payments are typically made via mobile apps (such as App Store and Google Play), as well as platforms like Stripe and PayPal. These cover standard plans such as monthly, yearly, and multi-year subscriptions. They are designed for convenience, automatically renewing at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. The renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file unless canceled beforehand. The auto-renewal feature ensures continuous VPN protection.

Non-subscription payments apply to one-time payment plans made through other payment methods. They provide service for a fixed period without automatic renewal, offering more flexibility for users who prefer not to commit to recurring charges. Once the service period ends, access to ZoogVPN premium features will expire unless manually renewed.

You can easily manage your subscription within the app’s settings of the dashboard, covering upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations. Our support team is always available to assist with any payment-related questions – reach out to [email protected].
