Zoog VPN offers a free trial for new subscriptions, provided under the following conditions:
- Free trials typically last 3 days (though we occasionally offer 7-day trials as part of special promotions.)
- You get full access to premium ZoogVPN features completely free during the trial; no payment is required upfront.
- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period if you’re satisfied with the service and choose not to cancel. The charge corresponds to the subscription plan you selected when starting the trial.
- A reminder notification is sent 1 day before the trial ends to give you the option to cancel if needed.
Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store or App Store after the trial ends. For complete details, please refer to our full refund policy.
Here’s how the free trial process goes:
Trial duration. The trial lasts for a limited number of 7 days, allowing you to experience the full range of Zoog VPN’s services.
Activation. Upon signing up through the app and selecting a plan, your trial will begin. You won’t be charged during the trial period, but you’ll need to provide payment details for future billing.
Subscription renewal. Unless canceled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew, and the selected plan’s payment will be charged. This ensures continuous access but requires you to cancel in time if you do not wish to be charged.

Simply uninstalling the app or deleting your account will not stop recurring payments – you must cancel the subscription through the appropriate platform.
