Cancel via the ZoogVPN website
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account dashboard at https://app.zoogvpn.com/plans.
- Scroll down and click “Cancel.”

Cancel on Android (Google Play Store)
If your subscription was made via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Go to Subscriptions in your account menu.
- Select ZoogVPN from the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.

Cancel on iOS (App Store)
If your subscription was made via the Apple App Store:
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top, then choose Subscriptions.
- Locate ZoogVPN in the list and select it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.
Can’t find the subscription?
- Check your email for a receipt from Apple to confirm the Apple ID used.
- If a family member’s Apple ID was used, they need to cancel it.
- If purchased from another provider, check your billing statement and contact them directly.
